Here at Enjoy Walking we LOVE to walk! We want to encourage everybody else to love walking as much as we do because it's great for your health and wellbeing.
Walking is the easiest form of exercise because it doesn't feel like exercise!
The benefits of walking are huge: it increases your muscle tone, boosts your metabolism, eases stress, raises energy levels and improves sleep.
